Q: When can I start my FREE week?

A: Anytime! Your trial lasts a calendar week so all you need to do is sign up for your FREE week and let us know when you want to start up. We take care of the rest

Q: Do you have any specials or deals?

Q: What is included with my membership?

Q: How fast can I expect to see results?

A: Fast! You feel a difference in the first week. As long as you remain consistent in the program and follow our nutritional coaching, you’ll see the transformation happening in no time.

Q: Are there any long term commitments?

A: Nope. Your membership is month-to-month. This keeps things simple for everyone.

Q: How does the FREE nutritional coaching work?

A: We set you up with some great nutritional information to take home to help you take action to adopting some really great habits the speed up you transformation.

Q: I’m new to working out. Am I going to be able to handle the workouts?

A: Totally! Our program was developed around effort instead of repetition count. As long as you constantly push yourself, you will make progress toward your goals regardless of your fitness level.

Q: What if I have to cancel my membership?

A: No problem at all. Though we’d love to see you reach higher levels with us, we understand things come up. We just require at least a 72 hour notice before your next charge date and you’re all set.

Q: How long are you workouts?

A: Only 35-40 minutes. We use high intensity metabolic training so you actually get a better workout, though the class is shorter than a typical hour long class. This means you save a little extra time and burn far more calories!

Q: What is the parking situation like?

A: Finding a parking spot won’t be a problem at all. We have plenty of free street and neighborhood parking. There is some metered parking as well.

Q: How many day a week can I come to class?

A: We have classes 5 days a week (Monday – Friday). When you become a member, you have an unlimited membership. This means you can come to as many classes as you want and to any class time you want.

Q: What kind of “workout style” do you use?

A: Great question. Our program is an effort based, high-intensity system. We also use almost all body weight exercises. This makes it so you can see amazing results regardless of your fitness level and keep any risk of injury to a minimum.

Q: What comes with my FREE trial?

A: Everything! Unlike other systems out there that just give you the workout, Velocity gives you full access as if you were a lifetime member. This means unlimited workouts, nutritional coaching and more!
